Districts 1 & 6

1. Application of David A. Thompson to change the name of Chamblee Dunwoody Road between Roberts Drive and Spalding Drive to Old Dunwoody Road.

2. Application of Jolly Development Corporation Inc. to rezone property located at the southwest intersection of Chamblee Dunwoody Road and Nancy Creek Drive from R-100 to R-50 (conditional). The property has frontage of 181 feet on Chamblee Dunwoody Road, 750 feet on Nancy Creek Drive, and contains 3.4 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of a 12 lot subdivision based on a site plan and minimum floor area of houses to be 1,800 square feet.

3. Application of D.C. Investors to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located on the northwest side of Scott Boulevard 210 feet southwest of Blackmon Drive. The property was zoned OI on May 22, 1979, subject to the following conditions: (1) OI use is confined to the existing structure, (2) Front yard parking is permitted, (3) One curb cut, (4) No outside lights, (5) Sign is limited to 8 square feet, (6) Existing structure to be cleaned up and painted. This request is to enclose the existing 221 square feet porch.

4. Application of William E. Corey to rezone property located at the northerly intersection of Covington Highway and Evans Mill Road from C-1 to C-2. The property has frontage of 252' on Covington Highway, 270' on Evans Mill Road, 358' on Old Covington Road, and contains 2.14 acres.

Districts 5 & 6

5. Application of Marie Y. Watson to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located on the west side of South Hairston Road, 1,400' south of Elam Road. The property was zoned OI on January 25, 1983, subject to the following conditions: (1) Use is limited to the existing structures, (2) There shall be no exterior storage of materials or equipment, (3) There shall be no exterior business activity, (4) The buffers (40') shall remain undisturbed. This request is to enlarge the existing storage shed to a 60' x 30' shed.

6. Application of Robert Miller & Company to rezone property located at the southwest intersection of Covington Highway and Park Central Boulevard from C-1 to C-2. The property has frontage of 340' on Covington Highway, 319' on Park Central Boulevard, and contains 2.62 acres.

7. Application of Wylie H. Sanders to rezone property located on the south side of Wilkins Road, 1,010' west of Miller Road, from R-100 to R-A5 (conditional). The property has frontage of 2,690' on Wilkins Road, and contains 42.3 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of no more than four units per acre.

8. Application of George Luther to rezone property located on the northeast side of River Road, 910' east of Wellhaun Road, from R-100 to R-75 (conditional). The property has frontage of 396' on River Road, and contains 39.54 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of a 114 lot subdivision based on a site plan and houses with a minimum floor area of 1,400 square feet.

9. Application of The Covington Group to rezone property located at the southeast intersection of River Road and Conley Creek, from R-100 to R-CH. The property has frontage of 2.405' on River Road and contains 90.7 acres.
