D47. Application of Liberty Development Corporation to rezone property located on the north side of Wright Avenue between East Roxboro Road and North Druid Hills Road from R-85 to RM-75. The property has frontage of 756' on Wright Avenue, 550' on East Roxboro Road, 264' on North Druid Hills Road, and contains 15.7 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of a 123-unit attached and detached single family residential project based on a site plan.

The property has frontage of 413 feet and contains 1.55 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of a convenience store with gas pumps based on a site plan.

Application of BellSouth Mobility to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located at the northeast intersection of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Meadow Lane Extension.
