Application of Chuck Sanford, for a variance from Section 27-602 of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the C-2 (General Commercial) District to maintain the existing buffer and not be required to extend the buffer an additional fifty (50) feet. The project site is located between Covington Highway and Old Covington Highway, west of the Interstate Highway 20 and Turner Hill intersection.

Application of Powertel for a variance from Section 27-779 (C) (1) (a) of the Dekalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to telecommunication towers and antennas to reduce the required one-hundred (100) foot property line setback along the northern and southern property lines to thirty-eight (38) feet and fortyseven (47) feet respectively, to construct a 150-foot high self-supporting monopole structure to be used in conjunction with a multiple user wireless communication facility. The project site is located at 1820 Candler Road on the east side of Candler Road south of Glenwood Road.

Application of Hakeem Nasheed for a variance from Sec. 27-492 of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to transitional buffers in the 0-I district to reduce the buffer from 50 feet to 20 feet and to delete the required six (6) foot high screening fence. The project site is located on the north side of Stone Mountain Lithonia road approximately 90 feet west of South Deshon Road.

Application of Tim Hughes for a variance from Section 27-731 (C) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to accessory buildings, structures, and uses to reduce the required rear yard setback from ten (10) feet to five (5) feet to rebuild, a detached garage. The project site is located at the southeast comer of Connell Road and Springdale Road.

The project site is located on the north side of Lost Mine Trail approximately 254 feet west of Tilly Mill Road.

The project site is located on the south side of Guide Post Lane approximately 684 feet northeasterly of Hairston Place.

The project site is located at the southern terminus of Rangewood Court approximately 422 feet south of Rangewood Drive.

Application of McDonalds Corp. for a variance from Section 27-581 (C) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the C-1 (Commercial) District to reduce the required front yard setback from seventy-five (75) feet to forty-one (41) feet to enclose an existing May area. The project site is located on the west side of Flat Shoals Road, approximately 175 feet south of its intersection with Candler Road.

Application of Tricon Global Restaurants for a variance from Section 27-581 (C) relating to setbacks in the C-1 (Commercial) District to reduce the required seventy-five (75) foot building setback to thirty-two (32) feet along the Buford Highway frontage, and from seventy-five (75) feet to thirty four (34) feet along the Clairmont Road frontage, and to reduce by special exception the required number of parking spaces from thirty-seven (37) to seventeen (17), and to substitute a landscape plan for compliance with the DeKalb County Tree Ordinance, Section 14-39. The project site is located at the southwest comer of the intersection of Clairmont Road and Buford Highway.

The project site is located on the south side of Stonebridge Bay Court approximately 160 feet east of Mountain Harbor.

The project site is located on the south side of Oak Cliff Road approximately 647 feet east of Northcrest Road.
