2. Application of Georgia Funeral Services, to rezone property located on the northwest side of Lawrenceville Highway 430' northeast of Crescent Centre Boulevard from R-75, R-100, and OI to OI (conditional). The application is conditioned on expansion of the existing cemetery and future construction of a funeral home.

3. Application of Harkelroad and Associates to rezone property at the northerly intersection of Moreland Avenue and Henrico Road from M to C2 (conditional). The application is conditioned on the development of a 70-lot subdivision based on a subdivision plan and other conditions.

6. Application of PanAmSat to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located on the south side of Fork Creek Church Road, 1888' east of Panthersville Road centerline. The property was zoned OI on August 23, 1983, for a satellite communication center with a number of conditions regulating building height, floor area, the number of satellite dishes, etc. On November 22, 1994, an alteration of conditions was approved to increase the building height and floor area. This request is to increase the building floor area, the number of antennae, shelters, and parking based on a schedule of needs to and beyond the year 2005.

The property has frontage of 400' and contains 13.97 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of a 66-unit assisted living facility (congregate personal care home).

11. Application of SunState International to amend the land use plan on property located on the north side of Covington Highway, 1,160' west of Panola Road from LDR to LIC. The property has frontage of 396' and contains 13.22 acres.

20. Application of AirTouch Cellular of Georgia to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located at the southeast intersection of Evans Road and Henderson Mill Road. The property was zoned OI on January 26, 1993, conditioned on the construction and operation of a 150' cellular communication monopole based on a site plan and landscape plan. This request is to increase the height of the structure to 180' so that other companies may collocate on the same pole.

21. Application of K Associates and KB Atlanta B/H to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located on the southeast side of Presidential Parkway, 410' northeast of Marjan Drive. The property was zoned C-2 on November 24, 1987, for use of the property as a showroom/warehouse facility. This request is to delete the condition of use.
