14. Application of Phoenix Group Management to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located at the easterly end of Gateway Boulevard. The property was part of a large tract which was rezoned from R-100 to R-A5 on February 28, 1984. The conditions of rezoning are as follows:
1. Single family detached housing.
2. Minimum floor area of houses to be 1,600 square feet.
3. Any lot adjoining Simone Drive shall meet the minimum standards of the R-100 district in lot sizes and 1,800 square feet in floor area of housing.
4. Maximum of 297 units.
This request is to change condition #3 so that the width of the proposed lots which adjoin the lots on Simone Drive may be developed according to the R-A5 standards.

17. Application of Mahajji B. Davis to rezone property located on the north side of Rock Springs Road, 408' east of Panola Road from R-100 to R-200. The property has frontage of 230' and contains 1.3 acres.

18. Application of Charles Patterson to rezone property located on the north side of Woodrow Road, 330' west of Evans Mill Road from RM-100, R-100, R-A8, to R-100 (conditional). The property has frontage of 1,200' on Woodrow Road, extends northerly with frontage of 2,754' on I-20 and contains 239.04 acres. The application is conditioned on the development of a church with accessory facilities.
