Application of Christopher Hunt for a variance from Section 27-146 (c)(1) and (e) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordnance relating to the R-100 (Single Family Residential) District to reduce the front yard setback on Lot# 1 from fifty (50) feet to twenty (20) feet; to reduce the rear yard setback from forty (40) feet to ten (10) feet on Lots # 1, 2, 3 and 4, as depicted on the site plan and Variances from Section 14-40 (b)(9) of the DeKalb County Land Development Regulations to allow Lots #1, 2, and 3 to have minimum lot area that is less than seventy (70%) percent above the Intermediate Regional Floodplain (IRF) (from 10,500 square feet to 7,500 square feet). The project site is located on the northwest comer of Candler Road and Glenwood Avenue.
