Application of Bobby L. Giddens to rezone property located at the east intersection of Snapfinger Road and Cleveland Road from C-1 (conditional) to C-1 (conditional). The property has frontage of 590 feet on Cleveland Road and 755 feet on Snapfinger Road and contains four (4) acres. The application is conditioned on changing the original zoning conditions to allow the development of a shopping center with the addition of a convenience store with gas pumps and to provide another entrance on Cleveland Road. The property was originally rezoned to C-1 on July 23, 1985, with conditions limiting its use to a shopping center with a maximum of two entrances on Snapfinger Road and one entrance on Cleveland Road.
