Application of Fourth quartet Properties for variance from Section 27-582 of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordnance relating to C-1 (Local Commercial) District to allow the required transitional buffer to vary between ten (10) feet and fifty (50) feet along the northern property line to allow for redevelopment of Avondale Mall to include a home improvement store, and associated shops. The project site is located on the northwest side of Memorial Drive, approximately 542 feet north east of Columbia Drive.
