Malek for a variance from Section 27-731 (f) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating b an accessory use (swimming pool) on a comer lot in the R-100 (Single Family Residential) District to reduce the rear yard setback from twenty-five (25) feet b five (5) feet to allow a pool and concrete deck to conform to current zoning regulations. The project site is boated on the southwest comer of &ooMaven Close and Ashford Dunwoody Road.

The project site is located on the north side of Pennybrook Trail, approximately 687 feet north of its intersection with Boggs Drive.

The project site is located at the southern terminus of Stonecliff Drive, approximately 1,099 feet south of Pangborn Circle.

The project site is located on the south side of Ashton Trace, approximately 302 feet east of its intersection with Michell Cove.

Application of The Salvation Army for a variance from Section 27 621(c) (1) (a) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the M (Industrial) District to reduce the front yard setback, and a Special Exception from Section 27-625 to reduce off street parking requirements to allow for expansion of an existing facility. The project site is generally located northeast of the intersection of Druid Hills and Northeast Expressway.

The project site is generally located on the northwest carer of Memorial Drive and Columbia Drive.

Application of Bell South Mobility for a variance from Section 27-779 (c) (1) (a) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordnance relating to the C-1 (Local Commercial) District b reduce the required one-hundred (100) foot piny line setback to eight (8) feet along the north property line, to five (5) feet along the east property line; a variance from Section 27-581 (c) (2) to reduce the building (equipment) setback line along the north property line from twenty (20) feet (five (5) feet of which is planted and landscaped), to three (3) feet, and a variance from Section 27-581 (C) (1) (a) to reduce the required equipment building setback from seventh-five(75) feet to nineteen (19) feet (along Webster Drive) to allow for the constriction of a telecommunication facility, including a one-hundred and sixty (160) foot high monopole and related 240 square foot equipment building. The subject parcel is located on hire north side of Powell Lane, between Clairmont Road and Webster Drive.

Application of Korean Martyrs Catholic Church for a variance from Section 27-581 (c)(1)(a) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the C-1 (Local Commercial) District to reduce the front yard setback from seventy-five (75) feet to sixty (60) feet (for a proposed building expansion of an existing nonconforming piece of worship, and a special exception from Section 27585 (1) to reduce off-street parking requirements from 246 parking spaces to 144 parking spaces to allow for renovation of a place of worship. The project site is located on the southeast side of Buford Highway, approximately 1132 feet northeast of Oakciff Road.

Application of Homecoming Cafe for a variance from Section 27-581 (c)(1)(b) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the C-1 (Local Commercial) District to reduce the side yard setback along Wesley Chapel Road from fifty (50) bet to twenty-four (24) feet to allow for construction of the deck onto an existing restaurant. The project site is located on generally located on the northwest comer of Flat Shoals Parkway and Wesley Chapel Road.
