Application of Gail Bowman for a variance from Section 27-915 (E) of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the R-100 (Single Family Residential) District to reduce the minimum lot width from one-hundred (100) feet to ninety-six (96) feet on lot #183, and eighty-one (81) feet on lot #182 to allow for construction of a single family residence. The project site is located on the north side of Day Trail Court, approximately 791 feet north of Chimney Ridge Court.

Application of Crown Castle for a variance from Section 27-779 of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance relating to the OI (Office Industrial) District to reduce the required setbacks from one-hundred (100 feet to no less than sixty (60) feet along the eastern property line, from two-hundred (200) feet to no less than one-hundreds and thirty (130) feet along the southern property line, to allow for modifications (and collocation) to an existing communication facility (with related equipment buildings).
