Address: 3979 Panthersville Road

Application of New Hope Seventh Day Adventist Church for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Place of Worship on property located in fie R- 100 zoning district located on the west side of Panthersville Road, approximately 600 fee: south of Fork Creek Church Road. The property has frontage of 381 feet and contains 5.482 acres. The applicant is seeking to construct a new sanctuary, parking, and use two existing buildings for education and social gathering.

Application of Kitty Adams for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Home Occupation (Mortgage Broker) with customer contact. Subject property is located within the R-100 zoning district, on the comer of Rockbridge Road and east of Dixie Lee Lane. The property has frontage of 150 feet on Rockbridge Road and 125 feet on Dixie Lee Lane and contains .43 acres.

Property is located on the west side of Austin Drive, 190) feet south of Glenwood Ave. Subject property has 495 feet of frontage on Austin Drive and contains 12-33 acres. The applicant is seeking to construct a new 16,200 square foot sanctuary, additional parking, and use existing buildings for offices, classrooms, and caretaker quarters.

Application of Triumphant Church for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Place of Worship on property located in the R- 100 zoning district. Property is located at the comer of Stephenson Road and South Deshon Road. Property has 536 feet of frontage along Stephenson Road and contains 3.8 acres. The applicant seeks to convert existing workshop with additions for a sanctuary, use existing house for child day care center, and add additional parking.

Application of Christine Edmondson for a Special Lan( Ise Permit to allow a Child Day Care Facility in the R-85 zoning district. Property is located on the northeast side of Hambrick Road, 283 feet southeast of Brier Rabbit Road. Property has 19 feet of frontage on Hambrick Road and contains 1.55 acres. The applicant is seeking to keep up to six (6) children in her home.

Application of Chris Hilson for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Private Elementary School in the R-100 zoning district. Property is located on the west side of Panola Road. Property has 522 feet of frontage on Panola Road and contain; 5.01 acres.

Application of Congregation Beth Jacob for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Place of Worship in the R-85 zoning district. Property is located on south side of Lavista Road across from Breezy Lane. Property has 778 feet of frontage on Lavista Road and contains 5.91 acres. Applicant is seeking a 2-part expansion of the existing building, the use of a second existing building for a Social Hall and add additional parking.

Application of Greek Orthodox Church of Atlanta for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Place of Worship in the R-85 and R- 100 zoning district. Property is located between the southwest side of Clairmont Road and northeast side of Berkeley Lane. Property has frontage of 1,239 feet on Clairmont Road, 365 feet on Berkley Lane and contains 18.432 acres. Applicant is seeking to construct a Community Center building, Family Life Center building and add additional parking.

Address: 584 Stephenson Road

Application of Good News Community C.M.E. Church for a Special Land Use Permit to allow a Place of Worship in the R-100 zoning district. Property is located on the easterly side of Stephenson Road 50 feet north of Southland Forest Drive. Property has 244 feet of frontage on Stephenson Road and contains 4.729 acres. Applicant is seeking to construct a new 270 seat sanctuary, add additional parking and use existing buildings for education and social gathering.
