Application of Kingston Bo Corporation to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located on the northeast side of Logan Circle, approximately 468 feet northwest of the right-of-way of Briarwood Road. The property has frontage of 47 feet on Logan Circle and contains .18 acre. The property was rezoned on January 24, 1995, as part of a larger tract with conditions which included a subdivision plan. This request is to construct a road across the front of this parcel to provide access to a new subdivision. This request would also reduce the size of this parcel from 8,129 square feet to 7,602 square feet.

Application of TLC Communications to alter conditions of zoning as applied to property located at the east corner of Buford Highway and Afton Lane. The property has frontage of 388 feet on Buford Highway and 385 feet on Afton Lane and contains 2.27 acres. The property was rezoned on July 24, 1984, with conditions which included a site plan and a list of conditions. This request is to alter the site plan and the restriction limiting the use to office condominiums to allow a communications antenna on the property.

This request is to change the front setback line from 20 feet to 16 feet.

Application of Hines Interests Limited Partnership to alter the conditions of zoning as applied to property located at the west intersection of Perimeter Summit Parkway and Parkside Place. The property has frontage of approximately 350 feet on Perimeter Summit Parkway and 440 feet on Parkside Place and contains 5.54 acres. The property was rezoned as part of a larger tract with conditions based on a site plan and other conditions which were altered on several occasions including March 24, 1992. The part of the parcel under appeal was last altered on March 24,1999, based on use as apartments of up to five stories. The current request is for a more specific site plan and to clarify the zoning conditions by submission of a list of 18 conditions for approval on this tract.
